Rapholtz is not credible, except perhaps for his copywriting skills. Cobra Oil and Gas (CGCA) is not in the "oil sands" or "tar sands" business -- put most optimistically, they are seeking to get leases. I say "optimistically" because their efforts to get at leases in Utah are not sincere: they center on "Enercor Inc.", which does not have the leases either. This is a classic scam to make money off promoting a fiction; a maze of "never will produce" companies. Anyone who invests without doing research to ascertain the facts, is a little crazy.
